Based on his experience, Wayne encouraged us to pursue our insurance carrier for a full roof replacement after the June 2024 wind storm in our area. The insurance company finally agreed and Wayne and his installation team then did a great job putting on the new roof and gutter guards while dealing with some special issues. After installation Brandi on the office team kept in constant contact with the insurance claim people until the damage estimate was complete and accurate, including the special issues, and all appropriate claim payments were made.
