Our owner, Wayne Cottrell, came up with the name Rapid Roofing & Restoration when he was just 13 years old! He’s been in the roofing industry most of his life and is committed to using his experience to improve thousands of homes in South-Central Indiana. All of our team members have extensive industry experience, and we’re passionate about providing honest, friendly, and professional service.

Wayne Cottrell
Founder and Owner
41+ Years of Experience
A native of Beech Grove, Wayne started Rapid Roofing in 1997 and has earned a reputation as the area’s most reliable General Contractor and roofing provider. Wayne’s knowledge of roofs, construction, and insurance has created an outstanding track record of satisfied customers. In Wayne’s spare time he helps discover and map local caves and loves to scuba dive and explore.

Sandy Haan-Cottrell

Marketing Manager

Over 13 years experience in the roofing industry Sandy is a native Iowan who is now a happy Hoosier. Sandy provides the marketing, accounting, and behind the scene support for Team Rapid. If you ever stop by Wayne and Sandy’s home you will be greeted by the many deer and wildlife as they live in the Hoosier National Forest. Such a welcome and unexpected sight enjoyed by all!

Dave McAllister

General Manager
26+ Years of Experience
Dave has worked with Rapid for the past 6 years. He has 24 years of hands-on experience in this industry and is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of construction. Dave is a man of all trades he can build a house from the ground up! In his spare time, you can find Dave hunting or spending quality time with his wife and children. We are grateful to have someone as easy-going as Dave on our team!

Terry Gross

Office Manager
Terry is a Bloomington native and is who many of you speak with on the phone. Terry is a wonderful support to the Rapid Team and our Customers – if you need anything she’s here to help. We were lucky to have her join Team Rapid in 20220.

Brandi Conder

Support Specialst
Brandi is a great addition to Team Rapid. She has great energy, you will enjoy working with her. Brandi works alongside customers in the field as well as working internally to support management and oversee insurance claims to assure each customer is getting as much of their claim approved as possible. She is your advocate and goes to battle to fight for every dollar you deserve. Brandi is a Jeep gal and enjoys ‘ducking’ her fellow Jeep lovers with our ‘Rapid Ducks’ and enjoys spending time with her daughter who is an active 4H member with beef and dairy cows

Daryl Fischer

Project Manager
Mr. Fix It’ or ‘Jack of All Trades We are lucky to have him on our team. He works with our customers at their location assessing the damage and/or needs to update their homes or businesses. He’s also worked in the construction industry for many years doing hands-on construction jobs. His relaxed demeanor and knowledge in the industry makes him a great asset to our team. In his off time he enjoys time with his family and the great outdoors.

Matt Cosby

Project Manager
Matt was our customer and enjoyed working with Rapid Roofing so much he decided to join our team. He is a people person, with a great personality and easy going. You will enjoy working with Matt. He will do what it takes to make sure your job runs smoothly. In his free time he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family and friends.

Lloyd Williams

Project Manager
Lloyd joins Team Rapid after a career of over 30 years that includes management consulting, construction project management and entrepreneurship. While not a Bloomington native he now calls Bloomington his home after coming back (the third time) over 6 years ago. He is active in the community having served on several non-profit boards and has enjoyed becoming a part of the local community. In his spare time Lloyd enjoys cooking, metal working, and spending time kayaking on Lake Monroe.

Mathew Moore

Project Manager
Matt joins team Rapid with 20+ years of experience in the sales and service industry. He’s all about creating the best customer experience. He’s been a valuable asset to our team and we know you will appreciate working with him as much as we do.

Ryan McGhee

Project Oversight
Ryan is our go-to for just about everything. Many of you will see him on your job making sure things are running smoothly and that the crew has everything they need to get the job done right. He has a willing attitude to jump in and do what is needed for us and our customers. We are lucky to have Ryan on our team. In his spare time he is taking college courses and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
